Representatives for Voyager Digital’s unsecured collectors have requested that former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) and several other top-level executives from FTX and Alameda Analysis present paperwork and seem in courtroom remotely subsequent week for a deposition.
A courtroom filing on Feb. 18 in the USA Chapter Court docket for the Southern District of New York acknowledged that Bankman-Fried has been served a “Subpoena to Testify at a Deposition in a Chapter Case.”
